Cancellation Policy

Payment: Payments for counselling sessions are required to be settled on the day of, or before the session via EFT, using the banking details and 2026 rates provided via email once your booking has been received. Payments for intake sessions are required 24 hours before the session in order to secure the booking. Proof of payment may be sent to nicolakruger.work@gmail.com. An invoice will be provided after each session which may be submitted for reimbursement from medical aid. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up until 24 hours before the scheduled time of their session, free of charge. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session fee, while no-shows will be liable for the full fee of the missed session. Recordings: Note that it is forbidden to collect or take any audio or visual recordings, photographs, statements and/or soundbites in any manner during counselling sessions.
