Individual Sessions
Fifty minutes, one-on-one, online. We meet on Microsoft Teams by default - alternative platforms are available on request. Sessions are tailored to you and suitable for adults and adolescents alike.
FIRST TIME
Intake Session
Where we get to know each other, discuss your history and needs, explore what’s brought you to counselling and set collaborative goals.
RETURNING
Ongoing Sessions
Continuing work, at whatever pace and rhythm suits where you're at, with room to adjust as we go.

HOW IT WORKS

Starting counselling is a meaningful step. I aim to make this process as clear and seamless as possible.

MAKE BOOKING
Reach out via the online portal, WhatsApp, or email to schedule your session.

RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
You'll get a booking confirmation alongside the necessary consent forms.

RETURN DOCUMENTS
Complete and return the forms at least 24 hours before our first session.

INTAKE SESSION
We connect, discuss your needs, and create your counselling plan together.
